The Innovation and Engagement Team in Research Services provides support for
activities such as IP management and commercialisation; enterprise and
entrepreneurship; public and community engagement with research; and
engagement with businesses, society and regional economic development
organisations. The team leads the delivery of the University’s Knowledge
Exchange Strategy and supports Oxford’s innovation ecosystem.





Personal assistant to the Director of Innovation and Engagement and providing
general administrative support to the team.

**About the Role**





You will work closely with the Director of Innovation and Engagement and
support her in her role, including managing diary and correspondence,
preparing reports, and supporting meetings and events.





You will provide general administrative support to a range of projects across
the Regional Engagement and Knowledge Exchange Team portfolio.





You will be responsible for developing successful working relationships with
colleagues across the department, and in the wider University.





**About You**





You will have experience of working effectively as a Personal Assistant,
ideally at a senior level in a large, complex organisation.





You will need to be someone who strives for excellence and demonstrates high
levels of professionalism, self-motivation and accuracy.





Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, along
with being confident in communicating with stakeholders at all levels of
seniority.
