<p></p><div>We are looking for a driven and dynamic Schools Creative Producer to work as part of the Schools, University & Academic Engagement Team. You will develop, coordinate and deliver object-based teaching and learning programmes for school groups, work experience and teacher training students with an emphasis, but not exclusively, on secondary schools.</div><br>

<div>You will develop, coordinate and deliver museum object-based teaching and learning programmes and online resources for school groups, work experience students and teacher training students with an emphasis, but not exclusively, on secondary schools. Acting as a role model for the team, initiating new practices and ways of thinking, you will line manage some members of the variable hours Session Leader team, currently 7 people, and the Learning Assistant. You will carry out a range of tasks including implementing and managing the evaluation of school programmes using the Ashmolean’s evaluation framework, reporting on your work and will contribute to Audience & Content-wide initiatives.</div><br>

<div>You will be self-motivated and driven with demonstrated experience of working both independently and as part of a team. You will have experience of planning and delivering high-quality learning museum programmes and resources for class size and large groups in museums and schools, demonstrating an understanding of learning from objects and academic research, with knowledge relevant to The Ashmolean’s collections. You will have excellent interpersonal, verbal, presentation, online and written skills to communicate positively, confidently and effectively with a variety of audiences, stakeholders and colleagues. With excellent time management, organisational and planning skills, with a demonstrated ability to multi-task,  you will be experienced in working at pace and under pressure to respond to change and meet deadlines. You will have experience of supervision, line management of staff, freelancers or volunteers.</div><br>

<div>This is a one year fixed-term post, working part-time (11.25 hours per week) on Fridays and one other day (Tuesday- Thursday). The postholder will be required to work on-site.</div><br>
