Finance Manager

<div xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml"> <p></p><div>We are looking to appoint a Finance Manager.&#160;&#160; Reporting to the Head of Administration and Finance, you will responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day management of the department&#8217;s finances, including advising on and preparing annual budgets, monthly financial reports, and effective management of the finance team.&#160; The post is based in the Department of Psychiatry at the Warneford Hospital.&#160;&#160; This is a permanent full-time post; however, we would consider a part time appointment (minimum of 0.8 FTE) with a commensurate adjustment in the responsibilities and duties on a pro rata basis.&#160;</div><br> <div>&#160;<br> <br>&#160;</div><br> <div>We are seeking an experienced, professional individual with a strong financial management background. &#160;&#160;You should have or be working towards a recognized professional accountancy qualification as ACA, CIMA, ACCA, CIPFA).&#160;&#160; With excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, you will need to work well with others and communicate effectively with a wide range of people. &#160;&#160;Experience of working in the Higher Education sector in a research-intensive organization would be desirable.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>You will be required to upload a covering letter/supporting statement and a CV as part of your application.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>The closing date for this post is 12.00 midday on 27h November.&#160;&#160; Interviews will be held on 11th December.</div> </div>
