<div>The Senior Events Manager will be organising high-end, high-profile events to further philanthropic relationships and the strategic philanthropic goals of the Development Office.</div><br>

<div><strong>About the role</strong></div><br>
<div>•       This is a chance for you to get creative and manage events that wow our donors and make them feel part of Oxford! From dinners under the watchful gaze of dinosaurs and elegant receptions in beautiful 15th-century rooms to tours of cutting-edge vaccine labs and talks with leading academics to engage guests with world-changing research.</div><br>
<div>•       This is a fast-paced role with lots of demands; you will need to juggle multiple tasks and events all at the same time.</div><br>
<div>•       Oxford is a world-leading University. The events you create and manage will be supporting our fundraising priorities for student support, research, capital projects and much, much more. We are building up to our next fundraising campaign; the work you do will directly support this and the fundraising teams to create change for good.</div><br>

<div><strong>About you</strong></div><br>
<div>•       You need to have proven significant experience to deliver high-profile, high-end, high-stakes events.</div><br>
<div>•       You need to have outstanding planning and organisation skills for our VIP events – the devil is in the detail!</div><br>
<div>•       We are a tight-knit, supportive team that likes to have fun while we work hard on lots of exciting and unique events. You need to have a cool head under pressure, be someone who can communicate at all levels, and be a team player.</div><br>
