Applications are invited for a Educational Administrative Assistant / Trial
teams - Student placement within Oxford Trauma, Kadoorie Critical Care
Research Centre. The placement will provide administrative, communications and
data entry support to the educational activities of the Oxford Trauma and
Emergency Care group within the Kadoorie Centre. This post will involve
general administrative duties and contribute to communications outputs, as
well as supporting the running of clinical trials, including educational
events.
The roles require you to be educated to A level standard or equivalent
administrative qualifications/experience, as well as hold GCSE’s in Maths &
English, grade C or above (or equivalent). It is essential to have previous
experience of working within an office and administrative environment. You
will have good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage
your own workload. You will be accurate and numerate with strong attention to
detail. You will have the ability to work both, as part of a team and
independently, using your own initiative in solving problems, yet
understanding when to escalate an issue to the appropriate person.
This is a full-time, fixed-term contract until September 2025.
