Our success has attracted renewed funding which will enable us to extend our work beyond social entrepreneurship.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>Our new strategy involves developing research-led insights on how to lead, organise, finance, measure, and scale systemic change, which will fuel learning programmes for students at Oxford and entrepreneurial leaders globally. The strategy is underpinned by a new organisational structure, and we are now looking for five people to complete that structure. To ensure we do this in a coherent and effective way, we have advertised for three senior roles already and are now recruiting to fill two supporting roles.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>If you have the skills and expertise to help take the Skoll Centre through its next phase of growth, we very much want to hear from you. &#160;<a rel="nofollow" href="https://www.sbs.ox.ac.uk/about-us/people/marya-besharov">Marya Besharov</a>, the Centre&#8217;s Academic Director, would be pleased to talk to you about the role(s) you might be interested in and the career development opportunities that working at the Skoll Centre provides.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>As the Global Programmes Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the Skoll Centre&#8217;s flagship global learning programme, Map the System (MTS), which aims to cultivate impactful leaders worldwide. This role involves providing administrative support and coordination for MTS, including event administration, stakeholder coordination and support for programme development. The successful candidate will contribute to the expansion of MTS to reach adult learners globally and will assist in the development of new programmes for students and adult learners beyond Oxford.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>Key responsibilities:</div><br> <ul><br> <li>Provide administrative support and coordination for all aspects of Map the System.</li><br> <li>Assist with event administration and coordination for Map the System competitions.</li><br> <li>Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders contributing to MTS content and arrange logistics for online workshops and student sessions.</li><br> <li>Support the impact education team with the preparation and review of MTS content and other programme materials.</li><br> <li>Provide administrative support and coordination for the development of new global programmes.</li><br> </ul><br> <div>The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail and a highly structured approach to tasks and projects. The candidate must demonstrate the ability to plan, organise and coordinate events from inception to completion, prioritising work assignments in a demanding and fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to finding solutions are essential, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proofreading and drafting correspondence.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>Applicants must have the Right to Work within the UK as this position may not amount to enough points under the points-based immigration system in the UK.
