They will lead&#160;the implementation of&#160;the monitoring plan and learning framework, facilitating technical (workstream) adaptation sessions for decision making, annual strategy testing and theory of change refresh sessions and ensuring that the MEL system generates measurable results and impact at programme level.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>They will work with the MEL Advisers to ensure the MEL systems are designed to support learning, reporting and accountability. They will also work with the School project lead, to ensure timely and high-quality reporting as set out in the programme MEL plan.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div><strong>About You</strong></div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>You will have demonstrable experience in designing and managing MEL strategies, approaches and plans to enable a &#8220;fail-fast&#8221; approach to programme delivery and to support adaptive management and learning.
