Do you have a keen eye for detail, a can-do attitude, strong organisation skills, and a flair for creativity?</div><br> <div>The Development and Alumni Engagement office is recruiting an enthusiastic Donor Relations Coordinator to join the Donor Relations team. The post holder will work as part of a dynamic and supportive team, coordinating high-level and imaginative stewardship activities for some of the world&#8217;s most inspiring philanthropists. They will regularly liaise with major donors, prospects, alumni, and senior members of the University community.</div><br> <div>This is an exciting time to be joining the University, with a new major fundraising campaign on the horizon. The role offers excellent career progression opportunities and the post holder will be able to work a mix of remote and on-site working.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div><strong>About the Role</strong></div><br> <div>&#8226;&#160; To manage specific elements of the Donor Relations programme, including standalone projects and supporting several major donor events.</div><br> <div>&#8226;&#160; To ensure that all gifts to the University of Oxford are stewarded appropriately and acknowledged promptly, and that donors receive meaningful thank you communications.</div><br> <div>&#8226;&#160; To support the creation of new opportunities that enable Oxford&#8217;s donors to deepen their engagement with the University.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div><strong>About You:</strong></div><br> <div>&#8226; You are a self-motivated individual with excellent administration, project management, systems, and communication skills.</div><br> <div>&#8226; You have a proven ability to deliver large and complex projects to an excellent standard.</div><br> <div>&#8226; You are a natural people person and a supportive team player who enjoys forming positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div><strong>What We Offer</strong></div><br> <div>As an employer, we value the wellbeing and development of all our employees.
