<div>As the Director of Alumni Engagement, you will lead efforts to foster a vibrant and engaged community of Oxford alumni worldwide. Reporting to the Chief Development and Alumni Engagement Officer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing our alumni engagement strategy, ensuring alignment with the University's strategic priorities. This is an exceptional opportunity to inspire our diverse alumni network, nurturing a sense of belonging and pride in our global community.</div><br>

<div><strong>Key Responsibilities: </strong></div><br>
<div>▪ Develop and articulate a world-leading Alumni Engagement strategy aligned with the University's vision and philanthropic campaign plan.</div><br>
<div>▪ Provide strategic leadership to a team of professionals, motivating them to deliver innovative alumni engagement initiatives.</div><br>
<div>▪ Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the Alumni Board, senior leadership, and academic divisions, fostering collaboration and alignment.</div><br>
<div>▪ Oversee the management of alumni activities, ensuring high visibility and impactful engagement across the institution and global alumni network.</div><br>
<div>▪ Lead volunteer management efforts, harnessing the expertise and commitment of alumni to drive meaningful engagement initiatives.</div><br>
<div>▪ Collaborate with internal and external partners to coordinate alumni engagement activities effectively, ensuring efficient resource allocation and budget.</div><br>

<div><strong>Selection Criteria:</strong></div><br>
<div>▪ Extensive experience in developing and implementing strategic alumni engagement programs within complex organisations.</div><br>
<div>▪ Proven track record of leadership and team management, with a focus on driving results and fostering a culture of innovation.</div><br>
<div>▪ Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.</div><br>
<div>▪ Exceptional strategic planning and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.</div><br>
<div>▪ Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.</div><br>
