<div><strong>About the role</strong></div><br>

<div>We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Programme Administrator to support the School’s executive fellowships and visitors.</div><br>
<div> </div><br>
<div>You will lead on the administrative and logistical arrangements for our fellowship programmes and visitorship programme, providing excellent customer service and support throughout the duration of fellowship programmes and visitorships.</div><br>
<div> </div><br>
<div>Responsibilities include managing communications, organizing personalized inductions, and creating project plans. Supporting admissions processes, monitoring budgets, and coordinating pre-arrival requirements are integral tasks. Liaising with faculty, assisting with promotional materials, and maintaining service standards are also crucial.</div><br>
<div> </div><br>
<div><strong>About you</strong></div><br>
<div> </div><br>
<div>You will have excellent team working skills with a flexible can-do approach, and a willingness to adapt to the changing needs and priorities of our senior fellows and visitors. Tact, attention to detail, discretion, and a welcoming and positive attitude are therefore a must.</div><br>
<div> </div><br>
<div>Experience in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite, strong organisational and numeracy skills, and the ability to undertake research and provide recommendations, are also essential.</div><br>
