The Interdisciplinary Centre for Conservation Science (ICCS) is an academic research group working at the interface of social and ecological systems. We work in collaboration with non-governmental organisations, practitioners, government agencies and businesses to provide approaches which address key conservation issues in every biome.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div><strong>About you</strong></div><br> <div>You will have administrative and organisational experience, the ability to manage and prioritise a varied and busy workload and work to deadlines, excellent spoken and written communication skills. You will be able to interact effectively with team members including senior academics, students and external partners, and with a broad range of contacts from a wide range of backgrounds and nationalities. You will have the ability to maintain a website, email list and social media, and to work independently, using initiative and judgement, and as a member of a team. You will also have an interest in biodiversity conservation.</div><br> <div>You will have a varied, responsible and interesting role, entailing taking the initiative and working as part of a team. The role involves a daily engagement with students, visitors and staff working in wildlife conservation and environmental sustainability both in the UK and overseas, within a busy and supportive research environment.
