<p></p><div>We have an exciting opportunity for a pro-active, talented and experienced Administrator to support the development of new educational programmes and to provide a professional service to team members, potential course applicants, students and clients. </div><br>

<div>The post holder will be a member of the Smith School’s core (professional services staff) team.</div><br>
<div> </div><br>
<div>Reporting to MSc in Sustainability, Enterprise and the Environment Course Director and Executive Education Manager, the successful applicant will have:</div><br>
<div> </div><br>
<div>•       Excellent organisational and administrative skills.</div><br>
<div>•       High quality oral and written communication skills.</div><br>
<div>•       Ability to prioritise effectively and management of competing demands.</div><br>
<div>•       Ability to multi-task, show initiative and self-motivate to work with minimal supervision within parameters.</div><br>
<div>•       Robust team working skills, agile, collaborative and ability to step up and support others.</div><br>
<div>•       Proven skills in project and budget management.</div><br>
<div>•       Accomplished skills in IT (MS Outlook, especially calendar functions, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, Teams, Zoom). Practice in working with databases and CRM systems.</div><br>
<div>•       A background in, or interest in, education.</div><br>
