<div xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml"> <p></p><div>We have an exciting opportunity for a pro-active, talented and experienced Administrator to support the development of new educational programmes and to provide a professional service to team members, potential course applicants, students and clients.&#160;</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>The post holder will be a member of the Smith School&#8217;s core (professional services staff) team.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>Reporting to MSc in Sustainability, Enterprise and the Environment Course Director and Executive Education Manager, the successful applicant will have:</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>&#8226;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; Excellent organisational and administrative skills.</div><br> <div>&#8226;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; High quality oral and written communication skills.</div><br> <div>&#8226;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; Ability to prioritise effectively and management of competing demands.</div><br> <div>&#8226;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; Ability to multi-task, show initiative and self-motivate to work with minimal supervision within parameters.</div><br> <div>&#8226;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; Robust team working skills, agile, collaborative and ability to step up and support others.</div><br> <div>&#8226;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; Proven skills in project and budget management.</div><br> <div>&#8226;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; Accomplished skills in IT (MS Outlook, especially calendar functions, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, Teams, Zoom).
