<div>As a Maintenance Engineer,  you will work across a rich and varied portfolio including a significant number of heritage assets and prestigious buildings. Your role will encompass:</div><br>

<div>•     Monitoring and maintaining a wide array of machinery and equipment.</div><br>
<div>•     Swiftly responding to planned and emergency maintenance to minimize disruptions.</div><br>
<div>•     Collaborating with specialist contractors to tackle challenges.</div><br>
<div>•     Working closely with our dedicated team and various departments.</div><br>
<div>•     Ensuring the safety and functionality of our critical systems.</div><br>

<div><strong>To Be Successful You'll Need:</strong></div><br>
<ul><br>
<li>Experience in mechanical systems maintenance (HVAC)</li><br>
<li>Previous experience in maintaining systems while buildings are in use.</li><br>
<li>Knowledge of control systems, especially BMS TREND 963.</li><br>
<li>Good knowledge of British health and safety standards</li><br>
<li>Strong problem-solving skills</li><br>
<li>Ability to work both independently and collaboratively</li><br>
<li>Knowledge and experience with CAFM systems, Microsoft Office and basic IT skills</li><br>
<li>Experience supervising contractors.</li><br>
<li>A commitment to safety, with awareness of relevant health and safety policies.</li><br>
<li>Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with contactors and other customers</li><br>
<li>A dedication to providing exceptional customer service.</li><br>
</ul><br>

<div>Experience with refrigeration, boilers, pumps, water systems and controls would also be an advantage.</div><br>
