Your role will include:</div><br> <div>&#8226;&#160; planning, management and delivery of events</div><br> <div>&#8226;&#160; supporting our marketing efforts, crafting materials that highlight the value of our initiatives</div><br> <div>&#8226;&#160; manage web content to promote our programmes and</div><br> <div>&#8226;&#160; engage the community through networking opportunities.</div><br> <div>Additionally, you&#8217;ll act as a central point for stakeholder communication and data analysis.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div><strong>About You</strong></div><br> <div>To be successful in this varied role you will need previous experience of providing project coordination and general administrative support with excellent attention to detail.</div><br> <div>You will need proven ability to organise your own workload effectively and meet tight deadlines.</div><br> <div>Experience of event management, including planning, delivery, and evaluation for online, in person, and hybrid events is an important part of the role.</div><br> <div>Our ideal candidate will have experience of both events and marcomms. However, we will still consider your application if you have strong experience in just one of these areas.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div><strong>Application Process</strong>&#160;</div><br> <div>You will be required to upload a covering letter/supporting statement, CV and the details of two referees as part of your online application.</div><br> <div>The closing date for applications is 3 July 12:00 noon.</div><br> <div>Interviews will take place during the week commencing 15 July.</div> </div>
