**EnSpire Oxford Events Coordinator**
Grade 6: £32,332 - £38,205

EnSpire Oxford, the University’s new Entrepreneurship Hub, supports and
promotes the development of the entrepreneurial ecosystem within and around
University. As EnSpire Oxford Coordinator you will be responsible for
supporting administration, marketing and communications, and programme
coordination across the various areas of work.

**About the Role**
You will be at a key part of our team, orchestrating high-profile events that
support our strategic ambitions. Your role will include:
• planning, management and delivery of events
• supporting our marketing efforts, crafting materials that highlight the
value of our initiatives
• manage web content to promote our programmes and
• engage the community through networking opportunities.
Additionally, you’ll act as a central point for stakeholder communication and
data analysis.
**About You**
To be successful in this varied role you will need previous experience of
providing project coordination and general administrative support with
excellent attention to detail.
You will need proven ability to organise your own workload effectively and
meet tight deadlines.
Experience of event management, including planning, delivery, and evaluation
for online, in person, and hybrid events is an important part of the role.
Our ideal candidate will have experience of both events and marcomms. However,
we will still consider your application if you have strong experience in just
one of these areas.
