You will play a key role in the department&#8217;s governance activities, developing policies, tools, information and sharing good practice to facilitate research and ensure compliance with relevant policies. The post holder will also be a member of NDCN&#8217;s People &amp; Culture Oversight Group, agreeing and reviewing the strategic objectives to be delivered by our People &amp; Culture working groups, as well as managing responses to new emerging priorities.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>The breadth of topics means you will provide significant input to decision-making affecting the department. You will work closely with the Head of Department and Head of Administration and Finance, as well as a broad range of professional services staff and researchers.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>Educated to degree standard (or equivalent), you will have good knowledge of governance requirements and relevant UK/EU legislation and demonstrable experience of research involving human participants or human samples and associated governance processes.</div><br> <div>.</div><br> <div>Please see the below 'Job Description' for further details on the role, responsibilities, and selection criteria, as well as further information about the university and how to apply.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div><strong>This post is full time (flexibility for part-time, minimum 0.8 FTE) and permanent contract.
