This senior position is pivotal in leading the enhancement of teaching excellence across our undergraduate, masters and flagship E/MBA programmes. As the Head of Teaching and Learning Enhancement, you will be instrumental in shaping and delivering a vibrant programme of teaching development, supporting both in-person and virtual teaching. You will work closely with faculty, degree programme teams and senior leadership to promote best practices, facilitate teaching innovation and ensure an excellent learning experience.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>Key responsibilities</div><br> <ul><br> <li>Partner in developing strategic planning and leading the implementation of strategic priorities for Teaching and Learning Enhancement.</li><br> <li>Collaborate with senior stakeholders, including Deputy Deans and Programme Directors, to identify and address priorities for teaching enhancement.</li><br> <li>Act as a specialist advisor on curriculum and assessment structure for programme design and delivery.</li><br> <li>Lead the development and delivery of faculty inductions, bespoke development plans, peer observation, mentor schemes and other teaching development activities.</li><br> <li>Engage with the University&#8217;s Centre for Teaching and Learning and the wider collegiate university to enhance educational provision.</li><br> </ul><br> <div>You will have significant experience in learning science and educational development within higher education.
