Course Administrator

Oxford University Department for Continuing Education (OUDCE) is seeking to
appoint a Course Administrator for its busy Award Programme Office located in
Summertown, Oxford. The Administrator will provide assistance across the
portfolio of Undergraduate Award Bearing courses.
**About the role**
You will be responsible for providing support for the student lifecycle from
end-to-end, including dealing with admissions, on-course administration and
handling post-course enquiries, such as requests for transcripts.
This is a full-time position, available on a permanent contract. The
successful candidate will be expected to work for at least 2 days on campus,
and up to 3 days remotely from home.
**About you**
You will have excellent organisational and administrative skills, a high level
of accuracy and an ability to work flexibly to deadlines with minimal
supervision. In addition, good interpersonal and communication skills,
alongside the ability to work well in a team environment and a clear and
pleasant manner in dealing with a wide range of people over the telephone, via
email or in person, are essential. You must be competent in a range of IT
applications including MS Word, Excel and Access, together with email and use
of the internet.
