Finance Officer

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading department recognised internationally for its rigorous and valuable research.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>The position is permanent and full-time.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>The Finance Officer is a key role within the DPIR Finance Team which comprises this post and two others reporting to the Finance Manager.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>Duties will include processing of transactions (including purchasing, expenses, sales and casual payroll); monitoring and following up on compliance with financial policies and procedures; and monitoring and reporting of some budget areas.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>The post of Finance Officer requires a person educated to at least GCSE level or equivalent, numerate, with good attention to detail.
