<div><strong>About The Role</strong></div><br>

<div>You will be a member of the Information Compliance Team (ICT), helping the University to manage effectively the demands placed upon it under information compliance legislation. The key focus will be on responding to requests for information e.g. subject access requests, erasure requests and FOI requests, which have increased significantly in recent years and which are consistently above the sector norm. You will be expected to handle a large caseload, and to work closely and co-operatively with the departments affected, as well as with colleagues in the ICT. You’ll have or develop a significant understanding of activities across the University as well as an in depth knowledge of information compliance legislation. </div><br>

<div><strong>About You</strong></div><br>

<div>You will have excellent communication and organisational skills and an ability to work effectively with a range of staff and teams. Prior knowledge and experience of information compliance is not essential but you will have proven ability to understand and apply legislation and/or regulatory processes. Flexibility and a positive, solutions-focused approach are key to this role, along with the ability to prioritise workload and pay close attention to detail.</div><br>
