<div xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml"> <p></p><div>This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic interdisciplinary team and work with the Ellison Institute of Technology in Oxford to build a new and innovative approach to international infectious diseases research and surveillance on the one hand, and clinical diagnostics on the other hand. The primary purpose of this post is to play a key development role for EIT Pathogena, working within a team of research software engineers.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>The successful applicant will play a key role in the programme, taking responsibility for parts of the design and implementation of computational components for data acquisition, integration, and/or analysis across a wide range of platforms and pathogens.
