<div>The Internal Communications team in the University’s Public Affairs Directorate is seeking a high-performing communications professional who can deliver our flagship internal communications channels. With approximately 20,000 staff to steer and support through a frequently changing environment, ensuring they feel informed and supported is a huge, but rewarding, challenge. We are looking for someone who can take this on: delivering insight-led communications to internal audiences, supporting change issues and projects, shaping communications strategies for major institutional initiatives and managing high-profile channels whose open rates we are very proud of.</div><br>

<div>The successful applicant will have a strong track record of delivering large-scale internal communications activities in complex organisations, across digital channels, social media and events. They will have exceptional interpersonal skills, inspiring confidence in those they work with. They will be committed to continuous improvement, finding creative ways to gather feedback and insight from our staff, and shaping communications accordingly. They will be ready to grasp complex information and explain it in clear and engaging terms. They will have a cool head, able to work independently in a fast-paced, complex environment.</div><br>
