**Fixed Term until 28 February 2027 **

We seek to appoint a Postdoctoral Research Scientist to work with the Goodwin
group at the Centre for Neural Circuits and Behaviour. The project will
investigate how sex informs the relationships between transcriptomic
signatures and specific anatomical, physiological, and functional properties
of cells in the nervous system to understand sexual behaviour.

The successful candidate will be a motivated individual with a background in
biology/neuroscience and a long-term interest in understanding the circuit
basis of brain function and behaviour.

The successful candidate will use web-based software to reconstruct neuronal
morphology and analyse synaptic connectivity, analyse and interpret data using
