<div><strong>About the role</strong></div><br>
<div>The post holder will play a key role in the administration of a large and busy faculty. The postholder will form part of the Faculty support team and be the first point of contact for visitors, staff, and students.  You will help to support the faculty’s conferences and special events including making room bookings, as well as provide dedicated operational support to the Office Manager and Faculty Support Officer in delivering these services, including the provision of ‘front of house’ services through effective signage and voice communication with visitors, dealing with queries in person as required.</div><br>

<div>The successful applicant will be able to work on their own initiative and possess good attention to detail and organisational skills.  They will preferably have previous experience of reception work, good IT skills and be capable and confident in dealing with a wide range of individuals, including students, academics and external visitors.</div><br>
