The successful candidate will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including the Programme&#8217;s team, an external consultant, key advisors, ambassadors, and the Oxford University Development Office, to deliver a major fundraising campaign. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the future of a transformative initiative at the intersection of leadership research, leadership education and character development.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>This position is full-time and fixed-term for 12 months.&#160;</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div><strong>About you</strong></div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>You will have proven experience in partnership management, communications, and fundraising. As well as exceptional project management skills with a track record of timely and successful delivery of complex projects. In addition, excellent written and visual communication skills with experience of creating high impact campaign materials are essential. You will also have a proven ability to work well under pressure whilst meeting deadlines, excellent interpersonal skills and a high level of proficiency in the use of MS Office, Canva (or similar design platforms), Video-editing software, social media, and Internet resources.&#160;</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div><strong>How to apply</strong></div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>Applications for this vacancy are to be made online.
