**About the role**
The Programme for Global Leadership (which includes the Oxford Character
Project) at the Department of Politics and International Relations (DPIR) is
seeking a dynamic and experienced Partnerships and Communications Officer to
support a strategic fundraising campaign. The successful candidate will work
closely with internal and external stakeholders, including the Programme’s
team, an external consultant, key advisors, ambassadors, and the Oxford
University Development Office, to deliver a major fundraising campaign. This
is a unique opportunity to contribute to the future of a transformative
initiative at the intersection of leadership research, leadership education
and character development.
This position is full-time and fixed-term for 12 months.
**About you**
You will have proven experience in partnership management, communications, and
fundraising. As well as exceptional project management skills with a track
record of timely and successful delivery of complex projects. In addition,
excellent written and visual communication skills with experience of creating
high impact campaign materials are essential. You will also have a proven
ability to work well under pressure whilst meeting deadlines, excellent
interpersonal skills and a high level of proficiency in the use of MS Office,
Canva (or similar design platforms), Video-editing software, social media, and
Internet resources.
