The Centre funds and co-creates high quality research with a focus on policy impact, and brings together&#160;academics, policymakers, businesses, civil society and&#160;survivors to collaborate on solving this global challenge.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>You will play a key role in maximising the impact of the Modern Slavery and Human Rights PEC&#8217;s research on laws and policies to address modern slavery, and will work collaboratively with researchers, practitioners, policymakers and law-makers as part of the University of Oxford&#8217;s only dedicated Policy and Evidence Centre.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div><strong>About you</strong>&#160;</div><br> <div>You will have experience of working at the interface of public policy and research, with expertise in issues relating to modern slavery or human rights, and will have a good understanding of policymaking and law-making processes in the UK.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>You will also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be highly research literate, and have a strong track record of collaboration and teamwork.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>The duties and skills required are described in further detail in the job description.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>Enquiries about the post should be addressed to Liz Williams, Head of Policy Impact, at l.williams@modernslaverypec.org.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div><strong>Application process</strong></div><br> <div>For your online application, you will be required to upload your curriculum vitae and a supporting statement (maximum 2 pages), setting out how you meet the selection criteria for the post, using examples of your skills and experience.
