Database Manager

We are looking for a **Database Manger** to join our small, world-leading
diagnostic laboratory within the Nuffield Department of Clinical Neurosciences
at the University of Oxford. We have developed live cell-based assays for the
detection of antibodies associated with different neurologic diseases. The
volume of testing has grown significantly over the last few years and we would
like to work with someone interested in updating a basic redcap database,
streamline processes electronically where possible, and develop a site online
that will inform users about the performance of our testing. In addition,
supporting key basic processes in the laboratory and supporting microscope
reading of test results as required to help the scientists, which will give
you a great feel for the scientific process.

**This post is full time** **(36.5 hours per week)** **and fixed term for 2
years in the first instance. **
