<div xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml"> <p></p><div>We are seeking a full-time Research Assistant to join the Oxford Long-Term Ecology Lab at the Department of Biology, University of Oxford.&#160;The post is fixed term for 6 months.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>The research will focus primarily on understanding the effect of plant biogenic volatile organic compounds (BVOCs), found in the ambient air in urban greenspaces, on human health. You will be responsible for helping to develop and facilitate a programme of research aimed at investigating how some urban greenspaces, both indoor and outdoor, because of the plant species they contain which emit certain BVOCs, can trigger significant improvements in psychological and physical health in people who visit these spaces.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>The successful applicant will have a degree in a relevant subject.
