<div>Role: Programme Events & logistics Manager, part of the programme team of a new Wellcome-funded Leadership Development Programme for senior research leaders, supporting all organisational aspects of the programme and playing a pivotal role in participant communications and the delivery of programme events. </div><br>

Funded by Wellcome, this role will play a pivotal part in forming a new programme team which will deliver an innovative and researcher-driven leadership development programme. The individual will have the opportunity to establish innovative ways of working and shape an outstanding participant experience.</div><br>

The programme team will develop an institution-wide leadership programme that is tailored to the situations and barriers encountered by researchers.</div><br>

<div>You will be a fast learner who is highly organised and able to cope with change and to think creatively to solve challenges. </div><br>

<div>You will have a keen eye for detail and be comfortable with arranging complex events and coordinating all event arrangements. </div><br>
<div> </div><br>
<div>You will be an excellent communicator and enjoy forming relationships with a range of stakeholders and suppliers.</div><br>
<div> </div><br>
<div>You will be able to work both independently and as part of a team in fast-paced and complex environments and understand the challenges and opportunities facing researchers in higher education.  </div><br>
