Funded by Wellcome, this role will play a pivotal part in forming a new programme team which will deliver an innovative and researcher-driven leadership development programme. The individual will have the opportunity to establish innovative ways of working and shape an outstanding participant experience.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>Our vision for leadership development at Oxford is to develop research leaders who can co-create environments in which people and research can flourish, to improve research culture and drive creativity. The programme team will develop an institution-wide leadership programme that is tailored to the situations and barriers encountered by researchers.</div><br> <div>&#160;<br> <br>&#160;</div><br> <div><strong>About You</strong></div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>You will be a fast learner who is highly organised and able to cope with change and to think creatively to solve challenges.&#160;</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>You will be proficient in Office 360 and comfortable finding your way around different learning systems and platforms/applications.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>You will be an excellent communicator and enjoy forming relationships with a range of stakeholders.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>You will have experience of budget management and wider administrative support.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>You will be able to work both independently and as part of a team in fast-paced and complex environments and understand the challenges and opportunities facing researchers in higher education. &#160;</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div><strong>More information</strong></div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>Internal secondment applications are strongly encouraged.</div><br> <div>The programme has begun, and we are looking to complete this recruitment as soon as possible.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div><strong>Application Process</strong></div><br> <div>You will be required to upload a covering letter/supporting statement, CV and the details of two referees as part of your online application.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>The closing date for applications is 12 noon Tuesday 22 April.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>Interviews will take place shortly after the closing date, and will be in-person.</div> </div>
