**About the Role **





We are seeking a Personal Assistant to join the GO-PRECISE Consortium within
the Department of Oncology. This is a unique opportunity to support Professor
Sarah Blagden, managing her office and liaising with academic, administrative,
and external stakeholders. The role also involves supporting the GSK Project
Manager in facilitating communication and collaboration across the consortium,
department, and US-based partners.



This pivotal role requires exceptional administrative and project management
skills, along with a proactive and flexible approach to ensure tasks are
effectively coordinated.



Strong interpersonal skills, discretion with confidential information, and the
ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment are
essential.





This full-time, fixed-term post runs until 31st December 2027, based at the
Old Road Campus Research Building, Oxford.

**About You**





You will be educated to A Level with extensive relevant experience, proven
diary management, travel coordination, and administrative skills.



Strong IT proficiency (Microsoft Office), financial management, and
organisational skills are essential. Attention to detail, the ability to meet
deadlines, and discretion with confidential information are key.



Experience in University research, clinical, or hospital settings is
desirable, along with familiarity with research reporting systems, financial
platforms (e.g., Oracle Financials), and event organisation.
