**Global Engagement Administrator** : Are you a seasoned administrator with
expertise in organisation and coordination? Join the Global Engagement team at

Salary: £31,459 to £36,616 per annum, with a possible extension to £39,749

The Global Engagement Team enhances Oxford’s international profile by building
key relationships and supporting global initiatives, working closely with
senior leadership, global institutions, and academic colleagues

**About the Role**
This is a unique opportunity to support Oxford’s global engagement activities
by ensuring the smooth running of key international initiatives and events.
You will work with colleagues across the University to help coordinate
overseas travel for senior leaders, manage Oxford’s involvement in global
university networks, and host international delegations visiting the
University.
In addition to supporting the day-to-day operations of the team, you will also
have the opportunity to work on specific projects - such as developing
regional engagement plans or improving internal processes - with the support
of senior colleagues.
**About You**
We are looking for someone with:
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the confidence to work with people from different cultures and at all levels of seniority
* Excellent organisational and IT skills
* The ability to write clearly and concisely, translating complex information into accessible content
* A proactive approach to planning, logistics, and coordination.
This role does not meet the criteria for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker
visa under the UK Visa & Immigration points-based system. We are therefore
unable to offer sponsorship for this role.
