Visitor Experience Assistant - 10 positions

**About the role**



Based in the beautiful Ashmolean Museum, you will deliver a world class
experience for our visitors by acting as the museum’s ambassador. You will
interact with a various range of people and respond to visitor’s questions and
needs. Using product knowledge, you will welcome and inspire our visitors as
well as encourage visitor giving (donations).





To help you achieve this, we will provide comprehensive and structured
training alongside development opportunities.





There are 10 part-time vacancies available with varying hours and shift
patterns. All shift patterns will involve working at least one weekend day.
This role is fixed-term for 18 months.





This role will involve regular manual handling and some lone working. Full
training will be provided.

given days.
