**Project Analyst – Pay & Conditions**
Location: Oxford city centre office with a flexible approach to hybrid working
Grade 7: £36,024 - £44,263 per annum
Role: 18 month fixed-term contract to support the delivery of the Pay &
Conditions Review outcomes.
Internal secondments are considered.
**About the Role**
This is a new role that will provide high quality project analysis in support
of the implementation of the actions and initiatives flowing from the
University’s recent Pay & Conditions Review. The actions and initiatives are
broad and varied and include the continued development of a new Academic
Career and Reward Framework for academic teaching and research staff at the
University.
The role will be responsible for providing high quality data collection,
analysis and interpretation to ensure the successful achievement of project
objectives. This will include using the HR system and related reporting tools
to provide timely management information; and conducting financial analysis
and modelling of project options and recommendations as they develop.

You will be a motivated, creative problem solver who enjoys analysing and
interpreting data to provide clear insights. You will be a good listener and
enjoy forming relationships with diverse stakeholders. You will have
experience of working in complex environments, and preferably on strategic
Human Resources projects.
You will have proven experience as a Project Analyst or in a similar
analytical role – involving the use Excel, Tableau, Power BI and/or other data
analysis tools. You will have excellent organizational and time management
skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities
simultaneously.
