**Outreach Delivery Resource Assistant**

Undergraduate Admissions and Outreach, University Offices, Wellington Square,
Oxford

Grade 5: £ 28,759- £33,966 per annum

Permanent, full-time

**Undergraduate Admissions and Outreach**

Working closely with our colleagues from across the wider collegiate
University, Undergraduate Admissions and Outreach (UAO) aims to inspire and
enable talented minds to reach extraordinary futures, at Oxford and beyond. We
know that some groups are still under-represented at our University, and we
are committed to changing this. We are determined to attract potential from
wherever it is to be found, and to be a magnet for able students regionally,
nationally and internationally.

We are seeking an Outreach Delivery Resource Assistant to work across the
Administrative and Outreach Delivery teams within UAO to provide both
administrative and project support.

**The Role**

The postholder will support the different project teams within UAO in their
recruitment of student ambassadors, graduate assistants, and early career
researchers, who will contribute to programme delivery. This may include:
advertising available positions, correspondence with candidates, carrying out
Right to Work and DBS checks of mentors and scheduling training sessions. They
will also undertake processing of these casual workers on our HRIS, PeopleXD.

The postholder will also assist in the management of the logistics for
outreach programmes, liaising with internal suppliers and external suppliers
to provide the necessary support for each Delivery Team Outreach programme and
community outreach event. This will also involve financial administration.

**About You**

This role will suit you if you have excellent communications skills as you
will be working across, and communicating with, two teams within UAO. The
ability to meet deadlines while handling the competing demands of both the
administrative and project roles is essential. Additionally, demonstrable
experience in working with care and attention to detail is necessary due to
the amount of data input and the personnel related information being
processed.

**Application Process**

You will be required to upload a covering letter/supporting statement, CV and
the details of two referees as part of your online application.

The closing date for applications Wednesday 31 July 2024

Interviews will take place on Monday 19 August 2024 and will hold remotely.
