Our research plays a key role in tackling many global challenges, from reducing our carbon emissions to developing vaccines during a pandemic.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div><strong>Department</strong></div><br> <div>The Student Fees and Funding team are a friendly and supportive team with around 34 staff who manage a wide range of finanical support and funding opportunities for undergraduate and postgraduate applicants and students. This includes scholarships, bursaries and loan programmes, international schemes and central financial assistance.&#160;</div><br> <div>This post is an exciting fixed term opportunity to develop your skills and experience in university administration. You will also lead on the Oxford Assistance Fund, the Care Experienced and Estranged Student Bursary and the Student Support Bursary. Your role will line manage three members of staff and you will also provide support to the Head of On-course Funding.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div><strong>About You</strong></div><br> <div>You will need to be organised, proactive, meticulous, and able to manage and prioritise multiple competing demands. The successful candidate will be experienced in desiging and improving administrative processes to support strategic aims, including production of narrative reporting and analysis.</div><br> <div>An analytical and problem-solving approach is key, with a drive for continuous improvement, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to work with people from different backgrounds and at all levels within and outside the collegiate university.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div><strong>Application Process</strong></div><br> <div>You will be required to upload a covering letter/supporting statement, CV and the details of two referees as part of your online application.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>The closing date for applications is 12noon on 28 November 2024.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>Interviews will take place during week commencing 9 December 2024 and will be held in person.</div> </div>
