Receptionist:
* Permanent, full time (two posts)
* Fixed-term (to 31 December 2025), full time (one post)
Receptionist – Late Shift:
* Fixed-term (one year), one full time post or two part time posts
We are seeking dedicated and professional Receptionists to join our dynamic
team. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you will play a
crucial role in maintaining the high standards of customer service and
professionalism associated with our School.
Key responsibilities:
* Operate the visitor/contractor access card system.
* Handle telephone and face-to-face inquiries with efficiency, effectiveness and politeness.
* Utilise booking system software for seminar and meeting rooms.
* Accept and manage deliveries, ensuring timely notifications and onward delivery arrangements.
* Manage the sale and stock control of merchandise, ensuring accurate processing of payments.
You should have a proven track record in handling diverse customer-facing
roles, demonstrating the ability to efficiently manage various tasks within a
busy environment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are
essential, along with outstanding customer service and a polite telephone
manner.
You must have the Right to Work within the UK as this position may not amount
to enough points under the points-based immigration system in the UK. For more
