As Philanthropy Writer, you will join a small team of communications professionals dedicated to crafting compelling proposals in support of the University’s vital work in teaching and research.</div><br>

<div><strong>About the role</strong></div><br>
<div>-  You will write and edit compelling bespoke proposals, cases for support and other materials to help raise significant philanthropic funds for University priorities</div><br>
<div>-  You will work with fundraising colleagues, senior leaders and academics to convey philanthropic priorities in an accessible and persuasive manner</div><br>
<div>-  You will provide advice and support for the various fundraising teams in relevant areas such as writing, University brand and style, and appropriate sourcing and use of images</div><br>
<div> </div><br>
<div><strong>To be successful you’ll need:</strong></div><br>
<div>-  A flair for, and experience of writing in a persuasive, clear and succinct style</div><br>
<div>-  A talent for juggling multiple projects and working to a variety of deadlines while taking a meticulous approach to checking and proofreading copy</div><br>
<div>-  An appreciation of the vital role that the University of Oxford plays in improving lives across the world and an ability to convey this by making academic material accessible to a lay-audience</div><br>
