You&#8217;ll play a crucial role in enabling staff across the University to use Dynamics 365 &#8212; with a focus on Customer Service and Marketing modules &#8212; effectively and efficiently. This user-facing role is all about unlocking value from the platform, promoting best practice, and supporting continuous improvement.</li><br> <li>You&#8217;ll work closely with product owners, analysts, and developers to triage issues, contribute to roadmap development, and champion good user experience. You&#8217;ll help shape user requirements, provide tailored guidance, and contribute to documentation and training that supports self-service and learning. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others use technology well and is keen to grow their skills in Microsoft cloud tools.</li><br> <li>You&#8217;ll also contribute to Agile ceremonies, evaluate new features, and support our wider digital transformation goals.
