You'll work with cross-functional Agile teams to design, configure, and extend CRM, Marketing, and Customer Service capabilities that are central to the University&#8217;s outreach, student support, and engagement initiatives.</li><br> <li>As part of the Software Solutions Group, you will collaborate with product owners, analysts, and stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and user-focused solutions using a modern toolset including Power Pages, Power Automate, Azure PaaS, and Copilot/AI-driven features.
