Director, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our online product portfolio,
enhancing learning experiences, and driving teaching innovation.
As an Associate Director of Product and Portfolio, you will lead the strategic
development of our online product portfolio and collaborate closely with
academic leaders to shape our teaching development strategy. You'll be
responsible for fostering a vibrant culture of teaching development, including
onboarding, customized development plans, coaching, mentorship, and the
delivery of training resources. Additionally, you will champion teaching
innovation, especially in hybrid teaching delivery, in partnership with our
educational technologists.
Key Responsibilities:
\- Develop and implement a clear product vision and strategy for our online
program portfolio, ensuring alignment among key stakeholders.
\- Lead the planning, design, and production of high-quality online products,
collaborating with in-house and external partners.
\- Manage a team of learning designers and digital education advisors,
enabling them to bring new products to market.
\- Apply expertise in Canvas and other Learning Management Systems.
\- Manage the design and production budget, meeting or exceeding financial
targets.
Essential Requirements:
\- Demonstrable leadership experience in higher education, preferably in a
similar role.
\- Specialist expertise in Canvas.
\- Budget management experience, including cost tracking.
\- Instructional coaching skills for teaching delivery, both in-person and
virtual.
