<div><strong>About the Role</strong></div><br>

<div>Working in a busy environment you will be part of the Managed Network Services team responsible for the installation, configuration, management, support, and operation of the local building University networks and some of the services and devices that run on it. You will also undertake the wide variety of work that is associated with the various networks.</div><br>

<div>To be successful in this varied and interesting role, you will need to be someone who strives for excellence, has superb networking knowledge and enjoys providing high quality customer service. You will have great communication skills and be confident in the ability to communicate technical reasoning to non-technical academic staff with courtesy and politeness. You will also have a positive attitude with a flexible and adaptable approach to your work and be comfortable when priorities suddenly need to change.</div><br>
