<p></p><div>We are looking for an HR Team Leader to work within the busy and friendly HR Team in the Nuffield Department of Primary Care Health Sciences.</div><br>
<div>This is a new role to support the expansion of HR provision for our growing department.</div><br>

<div>You will be managing the day-to-day generalist HR operations for the department and managing a team of HR Administrators. Responsibilities include ensuring email in-box management, overseeing a varied range of HR transactional activity and ensuring efficient and accurate data collection and recording.</div><br>
<div> </div><br>
<div>If you enjoy ensuring excellence in service delivery, managing a small team and have worked in a varied HR role, we’d like to hear from you. You’ll need excellent attention to detail, the ability to communicate clearly and accurately and have experience of HR information systems and data.</div><br>
<div> </div><br>
<div>You will be based in the Radcliffe Primary Care Building, Nuffield Department of Primary Care Health Sciences, Radcliffe Primary Care Building, Woodstock Road, Oxford, OX2 6GG as your normal place of work, but will be able to agree a pattern of regular remote working with your line manager. A minimum of 3 days per week working on site is expected for this role.</div><br>
