As part of our Digital Transformation Programme, the University of Oxford is
seeking to expand online courses offerings to learners across the world,
building on the ambitions in the Digital Education Strategy to extend the
global reach of Oxford’s educational opportunities. This is an exciting time
for the University as we embark on a major transformation of our digital and
online offering. We are recruiting for a Head of Online Courses Development
and Implementation to lead on this expansion.





**About the role**



The Head of Online Courses Development and Implementation will play a major
role in shaping a strategically critical area for one of the world’s leading
Universities.





You will take the lead on shaping the vision and a sustainable business model
for online courses. You will identify and secure the necessary resources and
shape a competency centre that integrates successfully with current offerings
and supports new ventures.





**About you**



You will be a senior leader of proven experience with the ability to shape the
strategy for online course development and implementation, create the business
model under which it will operate, establish a team to support its
acceleration, and to model the conditions under which this will be
sustainable.
