<p></p><div>As part of our Digital Transformation Programme, the University of Oxford is seeking to expand online courses offerings to learners across the world, building on the ambitions in the <a rel="nofollow" href="https://www.ctl.ox.ac.uk/digital-education-strategy-2023-27">Digital Education Strategy</a> to extend the global reach of Oxford’s educational opportunities. This is an exciting time for the University as we embark on a major transformation of our digital and online offering. We are recruiting for a Head of Online Courses Development and Implementation to lead on this expansion.</div><br>

<div><strong>About the role</strong></div><br>
<div>The Head of Online Courses Development and Implementation will play a major role in shaping a strategically critical area for one of the world’s leading Universities.</div><br>
<div> </div><br>
<div>You will take the lead on shaping the vision and a sustainable business model for online courses. You will identify and secure the necessary resources and shape a <a rel="nofollow" href="https://staff.admin.ox.ac.uk/digital-transformation/phase-one-the-foundation-phase/competency-centres">competency centre</a> that integrates successfully with current offerings and supports new ventures.</div><br>

<div><strong>About you</strong></div><br>
<div>You will be a senior leader of proven experience with the ability to shape the strategy for online course development and implementation, create the business model under which it will operate, establish a team to support its acceleration, and to model the conditions under which this will be sustainable.</div><br>
