**Personal Assistant to the Director of Global Philanthropy**
Location: Oxford – hybrid working
Salary: Grade 5: £28,759 - £33,966 per annum
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: Full time (36.5 hours per week)

The Development Office works to secure philanthropic support for the
University’s academic priorities. We’re looking for a highly versatile and
motivated person to join our team and to make a significant contribution to
key relationships for the University.
**About You**
A highly adaptable individual capable of responding to changing priorities,
you will play an essential role in providing support to the Director of Global
Philanthropy. The Director oversees fundraising efforts across the
University's international offices. Your responsibilities will encompass diary
management, meeting support, and a diverse range of substantial administrative
tasks, which will also involve extensive travel coordination. This support
will be focussed on advancing relationships with some of Oxford's most
significant donors.
You will have experience of Microsoft Office, a working knowledge of CRM
databases, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. You’ll also
possess a flair for organisation with a proactive, adaptable and helpful
approach to work. Sensitive handling of confidential information, and the
ability to manage high-level relationships with tact and diplomacy is vital.
