As a member of UODO&#8217;s Advancement Operations portfolio, the Donor Relations team is responsible for the strategic planning and delivery of the University&#8217;s extensive, high-level donor recognition and stewardship programmes. The team works to create meaningful relationships that deepen connections, increase donor retention and inspire higher levels of giving.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>The Donor Relations Executive will drive, develop and implement an ambitious programme of recognition and stewardship initiatives to enhance the experience of major donors supporting the University of Oxford.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div><strong>About the Role</strong></div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>&#8226;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; To manage the Vice-Chancellor&#8217;s Circle and Vice-Chancellor&#8217;s Guild recognition societies for donors giving between &#163;250,000 and &#163;5 million to the University and its constituent colleges.</div><br> <div>&#8226;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; To design meaningful and irresistible engagement opportunities for Oxford&#8217;s major donors, encompassing high-quality experiences and imaginative communications.</div><br> <div>&#8226;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; To create tailored stewardship plans and coordinate the highly bespoke stewardship of major donors making 6 and 7 figure gifts.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div><strong>About You</strong></div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>&#8226;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; You are a confident, proactive and supportive team player with outstanding strategic planning and project management skills.</div><br> <div>&#8226;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; You are a natural people person, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</div><br> <div>&#8226;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; You are highly imaginative and have a passion for creating magical moments that deepen relationships and inspire philanthropic support.</div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div><strong>What We Offer</strong></div><br> <div>&#160;</div><br> <div>As an employer, we value the wellbeing and development of all our employees.
