<div>The University’s Development Office (UODO) seeks to raise philanthropic funds in support of the University’s academic priorities. As a member of UODO’s Advancement Operations portfolio, the Donor Relations team is responsible for the strategic planning and delivery of the University’s extensive, high-level donor recognition and stewardship programmes. The team works to create meaningful relationships that deepen connections, increase donor retention and inspire higher levels of giving.</div><br>

<div>The Donor Relations Executive will drive, develop and implement an ambitious programme of recognition and stewardship initiatives to enhance the experience of major donors supporting the University of Oxford.</div><br>

<div><strong>About the Role</strong></div><br>
<div> </div><br>
<div>•       To manage the Vice-Chancellor’s Circle and Vice-Chancellor’s Guild recognition societies for donors giving between £250,000 and £5 million to the University and its constituent colleges.</div><br>
<div>•       To design meaningful and irresistible engagement opportunities for Oxford’s major donors, encompassing high-quality experiences and imaginative communications.</div><br>
<div>•       To create tailored stewardship plans and coordinate the highly bespoke stewardship of major donors making 6 and 7 figure gifts.</div><br>

<div>•       You are a confident, proactive and supportive team player with outstanding strategic planning and project management skills.</div><br>
<div>•       You are a natural people person, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</div><br>
