<div>We are seeking to appoint a proactive and enthusiastic Visitor Experience Duty Manager to lead the Visitor Experience Assistant (VEA) and volunteer teams in providing our visitors with a world-class museum experience. You will also support our security operation by ensuring that public areas are always efficiently staffed and that the team is well trained, motivated and managed.</div><br>

<div>This is a permanent, variable hours post. Shifts will be offered on an ad hoc basis (approximately 1-4 days per month) and availability at weekends and bank holidays, and some weekdays and late night events, will be required.</div><br>

<div>This role involves lifting, carrying and moving objects (with or without adaptations) which on occasion may by heavy.  All necessary health and safety training will be provided.</div><br>

<div>Do you have strong interpersonal and leadership qualities, with experience in de-escalating situations and managing difficult customers with tact and diplomacy?</div><br>
