<div><strong>About the Role</strong></div><br>
<div>Joining our IT Services Department as an IT Support Officer, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our IT infrastructure. Based in the Desktop Services Team within the Customer Services Group, you'll provide second-level technical support for users of our Managed Desktop Service.</div><br>

<div>Responsibilities include:</div><br>
<ul><br>
<li>Responding to IT incidents and service requests, contributing to the development of technical documentation, and troubleshooting issues effectively.</li><br>
<li>You'll collaborate closely with team members and the Service Desk, delivering support via phone and remote tools.</li><br>
<li>Flexibility, motivation, and professionalism are key as you interact with colleagues across various departments, maintaining a high level of service at all times.</li><br>
